Alerons X-FOILS
Disseny i construcció:
Els nous alerons X-Foils estan dissenyats a Sailboards Tarifa mitjançant disseny per CAD, amb lo que permet controlar a la perfecció la zona de flexió, outline, perfil, tensió, etc., i després crear els prototips mitjançant una màquina de control numèric CNC abans de probar-los a l’aigua i fabricar-los. Un sistema que permet modificar en tot moment fins el mes mínim detall, i posteriorment tallar i shapejar mitjançant la màquina de CNC. Amb aquesta màquina es poden transferir les dades del disseny amb una exactitut sense precedents i modificar-los en tot moment segons sigui convenient.
Després de fer els primers prototips, els alerons són testejats pels riders en diferents spots i condicions per tal de comprobar el seu funcionament i si és necessari modificar fins l’últim detall abans de produir-los.
Els materials utilitzats en la producció d’aquests alerons són el polièster i el vinylester.
El resultat doncs, uns alerons d’alta qualitat accessibles a totes les butxaques!
